INDIAN WEB PROXY V3. 2 SETTINGS/DOWNLOAD
To browse free with India Web Proxyv3, follow this steps:
First, you will need to download Java 1. 5 before the India Web Proxy can work. Click here

to download Java 1.5.
After downloading, install it.
Then the next step is to download India Web Proxy. Click here

to download India Web Proxy v3.2. It is a zip file. Unzip it and install. The screenshot has been attached.
After downloading and installing the India Web Proxyv3. 1, follow this instructions to set it to work.
Enter the following into the appropriate box:
Web Host: www. mtnonline. com
Web Port: 8080
Username: the one you register with (contact me for that)
Password: the one you register with (contact me for that)
Proxy URL: you will have to buy a server (contact me for that)
Under ‘Restricted HTTP Proxy Information if any’, put this:
Proxy Host: 10.199.212.2
Port: 8080
Username: web
Password: web
Click Start Proxy
But before you go on to browse, you will have to configure your browser. Follow this settings:
Goto Tools > Options > Advance > Network > Settings > Manual Configuration. Then put this into the box below it:
HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 6051
SSL Proxy: 127.0.0.1
Port: 6050
or just tick ‘Use this proxy for all protocols’
After doing that, you will have to install the Certificate that comes with the India Web Proxy. It is inside the same folder you will find the India Web Proxy.
To install the certificate into your Mozilla Firefox, follow this steps:
Click Tools > Options > Advanced > Encryption > View Certificate > Authorities. Then click Import.
Choose the folder you have the certificate ‘ca_web-tunnel’ and click Open. And it will install.
That is all.
Keep browsing.
To be able to browse with the India Web Proxy, you will need a paid server. Here are the plans:
Basic Plan:
Bandwidth: 8GB Per Month
Limitation: Disconnect never

For a straight 3 months, pay N2,500
Deluxe Plan:
Bandwidth: 18GB Per Month (plus extra 10 days)
Limitation: No any kind of limitation
Price: N2,000 only

Actually, it’s not totally free but come to think of it, MTN charges you N1,000 for just 150MB per month (which can’t even take me upto 2 days) and here is an opportunity to pay N2,000 for 18GB per month.
Which is better?
Instead of going for MTN’s monthly data bundle of 150MB, while not order for my paid server. It’s just N1,000 for 8GB.
